WIN SO THAT NOTHING IS LOST

"BILUM CREATES YOUR BRAND'S HERITAGE THROUGH YOUR OWN MATERIALS".

For any innovative company, waste recovery occupies an increasing place within their brand's issues. bilum, a creative house expert in upcycling transforms your unused materials into quality bags and accessories, for your press or customer endowments, your employees, or even your sales networks. bilum adapts to your needs as well as your budgets to build together a true circular economy approach. A pioneer in France in the transformation of giant advertising tarpaulins, bilum is constantly innovating and working with ever new recovered materials: airbags, coated canvas, scenography fabrics, stand backdrops, kakemonos, boat sails, flags, sports jerseys, uniforms , etc. bilum has thus become in less than twelve years the emblematic actress of upcycling made in France, transforming recovered materials or products that have become useless into new objects of superior value such as bags, accessories, stationery or pieces of furniture.

YOUR BRAND BY BILUM

The by bilum label offers more than fifty tailor-made models depending on the materials, projects and collaborations, using your own materials. by bilum certifies an ethical charter on which the brand has been based since its creation: giving a second life to materials, creating unique products, manufacturing in France, producing responsibly and ecologically.

SHORT AND TRANSPARENT CIRCUIT

“Eco-responsible” by common sense, we have from the start established local production, in a short circuit and part of the social and solidarity economy. After rigorous sorting, we choose each piece and carefully cut them in our workshop in Choisy-le-Roi, seven kilometers from Paris. The fragments made of tarpaulin and rigid materials are cleaned by hand by the staff of a social integration company seconded to bilum, double-sided, with green detergents. The textiles are thoroughly washed by professional ÉSAT laundries (workplace assistance establishment and service, welcoming people with disabilities)".

We have our small integrated workshop for testing and testing materials, prototypes, mini series, and after-sales service, and collaborate for manufacturing with 7 workshops that we have selected for their quality. They are all located in France, mainly in the Paris region. Four of them are ÉSAT and EA (workplace assistance establishment and service and adapted company). Some are saddlers and leatherworkers with historical know-how. They represent more than forty people. With us, there are around fifty people who work every day to offer you high-quality products from upcycling. bilum draws, if necessary and depending on the project, on the expertise and know-how of different trades: textile stylists, designers, prototypists, leather specialists, saddlers, upholsterers, framers, etc.

HARDWARE AND SUPPLIES

Closing systems (buckles, zip, etc.) as well as small accessories are French and European. They can be personalized in the colors of a brand: orange zips on kits made for Orange, red for Société Générale, etc.

COMMON USES OF PARTS RECOVERED BY OUR BTOB CUSTOMERS

Collaborations allow a communication campaign or a heritage material to last over time. These then become press or VIP gifts, social network endowments, items for resale in their own shops, etc.

COMMUNICATION AND PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION

Each piece is personalized and tells the story of the project and the brand:

  • sewn interior label showing the logo and a short explanation of the history of the material ;
  • paper support detailing the origin of the original material ;
  • possibility of photo report, video, interview on the creation process for your social media, public relations, press or internal communication.
